Thank you for shopping with Nineth Omen. Every item is made to order, allowing us to maintain quality while reducing unnecessary waste. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

  • All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

  • Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days

  • International Orders

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.

  • Most international orders arrive within 7–30 business days.

  • These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

  • If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory availability, warehouse location, or shipping efficiency.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in your purchase price unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

  • If production has not started, we may be able to update your address.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

  • If a package is returned because of:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed package

  • additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

  • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Carrier delays

  • National holidays

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears lost, please contact us.

  • We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate.

  • If the carrier confirms the package has been lost in transit, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

  • If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you cannot locate it:

  • Check around your property.

  • Ask household members.

  • Ask nearby neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

  • Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility generally transfers to the recipient. However, we will gladly assist in investigating the situation whenever possible.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations because each product is made specifically for your order.
