At Nineth Omen, every product is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because our apparel is made to order, we do not keep inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer preference changes. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Since every garment is made to order, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes selected by the customer.

The resolution offered will be determined based on the circumstances of your order.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will investigate the shipment.

If the carrier confirms the package cannot be recovered, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned because of:

An incorrect address

An incomplete address

Refused delivery

Failure to collect the package

Failure to pay required customs duties or import fees

the order is not eligible for a free replacement or refund.

If the package can be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before production begins.

Once production has started, your order enters our manufacturing process and cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will provide instructions for the return process.

Do not send products back without first contacting us.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

If a return is approved for reasons other than our error (where permitted), the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
